SEED Future Training of Trainers in Spain
From 29 November to 4 December 2025, GO GREEN hosted the first SEED Future Training of Trainers in Spain.
The course involved 16 adult educators, with four participants from each partner country: Estonia, Spain, Italy and Bulgaria. It formed the first part of the linked training pathway delivered under Work Package 3.
Digital literacy and environmental sustainability
The Spanish course focused on helping educators integrate digital literacy and environmental sustainability into adult learning.
Participants worked with the four integrated SEED Future Toolkit modules and explored how to adapt them to different educational settings. Activities addressed digital learning tools, Moodle resources and practical ways to connect sustainability with adult learners’ everyday lives and local communities.
The programme combined interactive workshops, group work, micro-teaching and peer feedback. Educators practised designing learner-centred activities and using the Toolkit to bring environmental, digital and inclusion themes together.
A linked training pathway
The same 16 educators subsequently attended the second course, hosted by Minerva APS in Forlì, Italy, from 11 to 15 December 2025. The Italian course focused on gender equality and inclusive pedagogy, completing the WP3 training pathway.
The consolidated evaluation of both courses recorded:
- A 36% increase in educators’ confidence.
- A 30% improvement in digital teaching scores.
- Implementation of 80% of actionable feedback.
From training to local delivery
Educators subsequently applied the Toolkit in the four national pilot courses held in May 2026, involving 85 adult learners across the partner countries.
The SEED Future resources remain available in English, Estonian, Spanish, Italian and Bulgarian, supporting educators who wish to use the four-module Toolkit in their own activities.
