The Project

The SEED Future project is a response to three pressing societal challenges crucial for Europe's sustainable development: environmental sustainability, digital literacy, and gender equality.
These challenges align with key European Union strategies, including the European Green Deal, the Digital Education Action Plan, and the Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025. SEED Future aims to enhance the competencies of adult educators to create a more informed, inclusive, and technologically adept society.

Objectives:
1. Environmental Sustainability: Equip educators with the skills to promote sustainable practices and environmental stewardship among adult learners.
2. Digital Literacy: Enhance digital competencies among educators to reduce the digital divide and prepare learners for the digital economy.
3. Gender Equality: Integrate gender equality principles into adult education, challenging stereotypes and promoting equal opportunities.

Project Activities:
1. Curriculum Development: Create a comprehensive, modular curriculum and toolkit focusing on sustainability, digital literacy, and gender equality, accessible via a Moodle platform.
2. Training of Trainers (ToT): Conduct workshops and online training sessions to prepare educators for implementing the curriculum.
3. Pilot Implementation and Evaluation: Test the curriculum in real-world settings, gather feedback, and refine the toolkit for broader application.
